The outfit no one saw coming...
We are a collective forged from harm but driven by design. A group who refused to accept the cost of working in modern systems is the slow erosion of one’s dignity.
We're a team that understands culture is not set by slogans but by structures and systems. And a firm committed to rewriting the architecture of work so that no one has to keep surviving what they were never meant to endure.
We're an operational rebellion in tailored outfits. As ex-miners, strategists, HR disrupters, lawyers, and behaviourists who refused to assimilate quietly. We don’t perform inclusion; we operationalise it by making equity measurable, humanity structural, and hypocrisy expensive.
We're a spread of First Nations, queer, neurodivergent, and gender blended individuals who are all survivors of systems that confused diversity with decoration. Ironically, our decorations can be found in the Cultured Casualties e-commerce store...
Finally, we work with serious thinkers and practitioners, because there is still hope left. Even for the empty suits and professional spin merchants, we're able to build frameworks with them. Or, with enough teeth to create real change and enough ballast to keep the grubs from dragging everything back into the gutter.
Our Team

Jai
Co-Executive Officer - DignitySphere & Managing Director, DignityInc.
Jai is a rare mix of strategic business nous, human systems insight, behavioural science, auditing discipline, trade and investment exposure, and experience across both government and the private sector. Jai turns big ideas into frameworks that can actually survive contact with reality, which already puts him ahead of most polished drop-kicks in leadership. His work sits at the intersection of ethics, strategy, accountability, and structural reform, keeping dignity where it belongs: in the machinery, not buried in a values statement or sprayed on like corporate perfume, which he can smell before the lift doors open.

Brendan
Co-Executive Officer - DignitySphere & Managing Director, DignityInc.
Brendan brings experience across mining, social research, policy analysis, capability, development, and organisational behaviour, which means he knows both how systems are supposed to work and how often they quietly turn to shit. Brendan leads with evidence, diagnostics, and a strong allergy to decorative nonsense. His work underpins DignityInc and informs DignityEthos, translating research and lived reality into frameworks that can survive contact with power, pressure, and the usual parade of institutional mediocrity. He is less interested in polished language than structural truth, and more interested in dignity as infrastructure than another values statement no one intends to follow.

Lynda
Managing Director, DignitySphere
Lynda is a Managing Director within DignitySphere who brings more than a decade of experience in public policy and organisational governance, which means she has spent enough time around systems to know exactly how quickly they drift into polished bullshit when nobody serious is holding the line. Her work is focused across DignitySphere and the EcoSystme of Proof on building transparent structures that do not just talk about dignity, but actually enforce it through decision-making, accountability, and operational design. She is driven by a sharp commitment to ethical reform, practical efficiency, and frameworks that stop institutions being run like private playgrounds for self-important pricks.

Wolf
Managing Director, DignityEthos
Wolf is a Managing Director of DignityEthos and brings a rare mix of clinical psychology, cyber security, engineering, mining and service in the Australian Army. In other words, he understands people, systems, risk, and what happens when pressure hits and the bullshit falls away. His work sits where public thought, ethics, and institutional behaviour collide, which makes him especially useful in a world full of brittle ideologues, opportunistic grubs, and overconfident pricks mistaking noise for clarity. Wolf and his team help to drive the harder civic argument: keeping dignity in public discourse, forcing sharper thinking, and refusing to let modern culture slide further into dehumanising rot dressed up as strength.
Flea
Managing Director, Cultured Casualties
Flea runs Cultured Casualties with a sharp eye for bullshit and a healthy disrespect for the polished grubs, grots, and self-important pricks who keep calling absurdity “culture”. With a background in critical theory, she turns contemporary nonsense into satire, signal, and merchandise that bites back. The work of her team drags the ridiculous out into the open, whether it is institutional theatre, public hypocrisy, or the endless parade of drop-kicks mistaking performance for substance. Flea and her unit are not here to decorate the status quo. They're here to mock it, expose it, and sell the evidence back with better taste.

Clara
Managing Director, DignityInc
Clara is a Managing Director of DignityInc and a seasoned reformist with a background in organisational psychology and systemic change. Clara focuses on what actually makes workplaces liveable or feral: governance, behaviour, incentives, consequence, and whether the system holds when pressure hits. Her work is not about dressing broken cultures up in softer language or feeding staff another serving of laminated goodwill. It is about operationalising dignity in the machinery itself, so fairness, accountability, and decency do not evaporate the second some overpaid prick starts protecting their own arse.
